About
Original British views and the classical works of the masters
Apollith is a UK print studio with two ranges under one roof. Our original prints are digital illustrations of British landscapes and landmarks, drawn from photo references of the places themselves: hills and coastlines, castles and bridges, the views people know by heart. Alongside them we carry faithful prints of public-domain works by the great masters, sourced from open-access museum collections.
The originals
Each original is a digital illustration by Apollith, worked up from a photo reference of the place into a finished image with its own style. The range covers landscapes and landmarks across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, from Arthur's Seat and Ben Nevis to Snowdon, Glastonbury Tor and the hills of Shropshire.
The classical works
Our classical range brings together paintings, woodblock prints, botanical studies and maps from the public domain: Monet, Van Gogh, Hokusai, Vermeer, Audubon and many more. The images come from open-access museum collections, including Wikimedia Commons and the National Gallery of Art. We print them faithfully and we do not modify them.
Custom route prints
We also turn your own routes into wall art. Upload a GPX file, connect Strava, draw your route on a map, or pick a famous race from our library, choose one of six styles, and we map it into a print worth framing. A marathon, a personal best, a favourite local loop, or a gift for someone who runs, rides, hikes or walks. Create your route print.
How they are made
Every print is produced in full colour on 225gsm matt photo paper. Choose print-only, or add a brushed aluminium picture frame with perspex safety glass. Each design comes in four sizes, A4, A3, A2 and A1, with prices from £19.
