Returns & refunds

We want you to love your print. If you are not happy with it, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging. Prints must not have been mounted, trimmed, or framed by you.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@apollith.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit back to us.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

If your print arrives damaged or with a fault, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any postage you paid.

Commissioned and personalised prints

Prints made from your own photo or otherwise personalised are produced to order, so they are non-refundable once production has begun, except where the item is faulty or damaged. Any commission deposit is non-refundable once we have started work.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original postage is only refunded where the item was faulty or damaged.

Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights. UK customers have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period.
