Hiroshi Yoshida was a Japanese painter and shin-hanga printmaker who travelled widely in Asia, North America and Europe, recording the world's great mountains and seas. He oversaw every stage of the printing process himself and developed colour and atmosphere that have made his prints internationally collected.
